Highway Electrical News is published 6 times a year and from 1 January 2011, is free to Public Authorities, Consultants acting on their behalf, ASLEC Members and HEMSA  members.

   SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

1. FREE COPIES OF HEN
Online copies and up to 3 printed copies of HEN are free (subject to subscription registration) to each of the following organisations:
Public Authority highway electrical departments, their Consultants, ASLEC members and HEMSA members. These printed copies are on an organisational and not an individual basis.
2. CHARGEABLE COPIES OF HEN
For additional printed copies and for other organisations not eligible to receive free printed copies, a subscription fee will be required which for the year 2011 is £45. For organisations not eligible to receive free printed or online copies a subscription fee of £45 will also be required.
